Brookings - Hiking

Wander along coastal trails and enjoy vistas, tiny islands and intriguing arches before you stop to watch for whales along the headlands of Boardman State Park. If you're ambitious, hike the southernmost part of the Oregon Coastal Trail. There are places where this means hiking on Highway 101 but the trail continues on more or less all the way to Astoria. Don't forget to pack a lunch.
