Oregon Cascades - Boating

Hundreds of crystal-blue lakes and reservoirs dot the Cascades. Many are reserved for nonmotorized boating. Popular motorboating waters include Lake Billy Chinook, on the eastern flank of the Cascades north of Bend; Fall Creek Reservoir, near Eugene; the Elk and Cultus lakes along the Cascade Lakes Highway, west and south of Bend; Diamond Lake, on Hwy. 138 north of Crater Lake; Lake of the Woods, northeast of Ashland; and Upper Klamath Lake, near Klamath Falls.

For information about lakes, reservoirs, and other boating spots in the Oregon Cascades area select Lakes and Reservoirs.
