Step back to the cooon-skin cap century of Lewis and Clark as you do some exploring of your own at Fort Clatsop. The winter camp of the travelling two and the Corps of Discovery in 1805-1806, the memorial in modernity boasts substantially more creature comforts. Wander the replica fort, check out comstumed re-enactors and stroll a variety of nature byways before hitting the trail. Make sure to layer up - the Oregon coast can get chilly!
