Umpqua River - Fishing

The North Umpqua is known as a prime area full of trout and salmon, but it can be a difficult river to fish: No boats are permitted for 15 miles in either direction of the town of Steamboat, and no bait or spinners are allowed on the 31-mile Wild and Scenic section.
